Our booking system allowing customers to fill in information as per our clients guidelines in order to request a booking slot to host an event. This information is emailed to our client as well as a confirmation email to the customer.
On this page, our client advertises upcoming and recurring events at their venue. This is routinely updated with newly submitted events and images.
We hold a large library of professionally taken images for our client. This library is updated periodically with newly submitted images from every event our client hosts. Due to the large number of high quality images, we work to make sure this gallery loads seamlessly on desktop and mobile devices.
The Bomes Theatre is a historic venue recently purchased and brought back to life. Located on the south side of Providence, The Bomes Theatre brings monthly performance events with all types of genres. The Bomes Theatre also provides services for weddings, birthdays, baby showers and more.
The Bomes Theatre enjoyed our work on their sister site, Mi Alma Restaurant and requested a similar design for their theatre, so we took that as our base and started working to have it fit their platform and vision. We started with setting up a list of tasks to implement all initially requested services and information and adding on to this when needed.
This includes displaying their location, social media, and contact information as well as a way to contact them straight through their website. We set up pages displaying all of their services, their upcoming and recurring events, and information about their restaurant within the venue. We then set up their booking system allowing customers to submit their information in order to host their own events as well as a calendar showing available dates. Lastly, we implemented their gallery, which hosts a multitude of professionally taken, high quality images.
